Refund and Return Policy

1. Custom Products
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
2. Manufacturing Defects
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect. We will replace the product at no additional cost.
3. Wrong Items
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.
4. Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once production has begun, cancellations are not accepted.
